1. Name
- The club shall be known as: Living Out Loud (LOL), an MSU constituted club.
2. Purpose
- Our purpose is to ignite people’s spirituality and bring them into an awareness of the Trinity. We believe in a supernatural God who wants to encounter His creation. As we cultivate our own relationship with the Creator we purpose to engage heaven to come to earth in order to make opportunity for others to encounter Him as well. We desire to impact the community with divine love, character, truth and power – with a focus on signs and wonders and living in the supernatural.
3. Membership
- Membership in the club shall be open to all members of the MSU who support the purpose of the club.
- Honorary Membership shall be granted to an interested party (non- MSU members) upon approval by the executive or membership committee of the club.
- Honorary Members may not hold executive positions, expend funds, or have voting status at meetings.
- Members will be asked to fill out a brief application but need not pay any membership fees.
- Members will be consulted for their feedback and suggestions in the decisions to be made by the executives.
- Members will be requested to attend at least one meeting per semester.
4. Executive
- The Club executive will consist of: President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary.
- The President shall:
- Preside over all meetings of the club and shall be an ex-officio member of all committees within the club.
- Call all executive meetings and general meetings.
- Handle the day-to-day operations of the club.
- Ensure the club’s adherence to MSU policies
- The Vice-President shall:
- Perform the duties of the President in the latter’s absence and shall assist the President where required
- Perform such other duties that are from time to time assigned by the President, executive or general membership.
- The Treasurer shall:
- Keep the account books of the club, shall arrange for the custody and distribution of funds pursuant to the executive and general membership’s direction.
- Give a report to the finances of the club at each executive meeting and have the books available upon the request of any member of the club.
- Perform such other duties that are from time to time assigned by the President, executive or general membership.
- The Secretary shall:
- Keep the minutes of all official meetings and be responsible for all correspondence of the association.
- Maintain the club’s membership list and archival documents
